They are okay as a treat, but we shouldn’t be eating them too often. We should eat a wide variety of different foods, including lots of fruits and vegetables. We also have to enjoy the food we eat, so if there are some fruits or vegetables we don’t like, we should try loads of different ones until we find ones we like.
As a snack they are okay, but as a meal, it would better to have something more substantial with carbohydrates (pasta, rice or potatoes) as that would give you energy and make you feel full.
