Dark chocolate is thought to be slightly better as it has more antioxidants, however both are okay as a treat. We shouldn’t be eating it for its nutritional value, we should be eating it as a treat. We should eat foods that we enjoy, and if we prefer one over the other, we can eat it. Chocolate can be enjoyed as part of a balanced diet, and if we eat a wide variety of foods including lots of fruit and vegetables it is perfectly okay.
