Some are. Low fat yoghurt is when producers reduce the fat content in the yoghurt. If we are trying to limit the amount of fat we consume they might be good. But we have to be careful, a lot of low fat yoghurts have extra sugar added to make it taste nicer. Our bodies convert excess sugar to fat, and too much sugar is not good for us. We should all learn to read the nutritional information on labels. But overall yoghurts are a nutritious snack.
Yoghurt is good for you, as the bacteria helps improve the health of your gut. However, some low fat yoghurt may be high in sugar, which may not be too good if you consume too much.
