Organic milk is the similar to non-organic. The cows are just treated and fed differently, and there are often fewer of them kept together. In Ireland our cows are grass fed and outdoors as often as possible, all our milk is of great quality. There are fewer differences between organic milk, and non-organic milk here than there are in other countries where cows may be kept indoors a lot of the time. The milk is treated in the same way, it is pastuerised before being sold in supermarkets. It also contains the same sugars, lactose is the main sugar in dairy.
All milk are similar, and probably do contain bacteria and sugar. The organic milk is probably less processed than non-organic milk, which means the cows are fed or treated differently. But the milk they produce can be very similar.
