      Zero-grazing has the potential to produce high yields of leafy grass under a well-managed system for diary cows, but is a higher cost system than conventional grazing and would require greater volume of slurry spread.
      You might like reading this article where researchers compared 10 intensive grazing versus 10 zero grazing dairy farms for their environmental and ecological sustainability. It is quite interesting.
