Cucumbers are made up of 96% water – that’s the highest water content of any food.
Tomatoes, 95% water. Spinach, 93% water. Broccoli, 90% water. Brussel sprouts, 88% water. Oranges, 86% water. Apples, 85% water.
Have a healthy and balanced diet.
Many fruits and salad vegetables have very high levels of water. These often have high levels of water soluble vitamins too, including vitamin C and B vitamins and can contain fibre and other nutrients we need to our bodies to work to the best of their abilities.
