      If take in consideration Chinese cuisine, we can say that jellyfishes have the most water.

      Hi Emm,
      if you meant by foods: fruits and vegetables, then here is some information:
      Cucumbers are made up of 96% water – that’s the highest water content of any food.
      Tomatoes, 95% water. Spinach, 93% water. Broccoli, 90% water. Brussel sprouts, 88% water. Oranges, 86% water. Apples, 85% water.
      Have a healthy and balanced diet.

      Many fruits and salad vegetables have very high levels of water. These often have high levels of water soluble vitamins too, including vitamin C and B vitamins and can contain fibre and other nutrients we need to our bodies to work to the best of their abilities.
