      Some examples of foods that are high in iron are green leafy vegetables (like spinach), lentils, beans, beef, soybeans. It is also important to eat these foods with Vitamin C-rich foods like oranges, to help your body absorb the iron.

      Red meat, fish, leafy green vegetables, pea, beans, nuts and lentils are all good sources of iron. We should all eat a wide variety of foods to get enough nutrients, and for our body to work at its best.
