A balanced diet, with plenty of fruit and vegetables (which is something we always lack). It is important to eat everything in moderation, so not too much of one particular thing.
A wide variety of different foods, including meat, fish and lots of vegetables. Eating smaller portions often is best to allow our bodies to fully digest the food. We should enjoy the food we eat, so if there are some vegetables you don’t like, try more until you find some you do like, but a wide variety is best.
