      If your question is what fruit has most sugar then the answer is litchis have 15% sugars followed by mango and bananas.

      hard candy sweets are usually made mainly from sugar and can be upto 63% sugar. Lots of different sweets are very high in sugar, chocolate and biscuits can also be high in sugar, but they also usually have a lot of fat too.
