      Leafy green vegetables are rich source of nutrients, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, therefore vegetables like spinach, kale, broccoli, carrots, beans, chard, Brussels sprouts, could be included in the balanced diets as one of the healthiest vegetables, thanks to their impressive nutrient profile. Eat fresh live healthy.

      All vegetables are good for you, they contain a whole lot of nutrients. We don’t eat enough of them!

      While it is true that all vegetables are good for your health, I would say that historically legumes had a positive influences in the last 8 centuries.

      probably leafy green veg, but all veg are probably good in one way or other. we should try eat as wide a variety as possible
