  I think that all farmers are now becoming more aware of what the consumer wants to the level of environmental care for their land has increased hugely. For example, planting along streams and river on their farm to increase biodiversity, or by building bridges for cows to walk over rivers and streams instead of walking through the water. Things like that have a very positive impact on the environment.

Few things have changed but as time pass by many process have been automatized leading to bigger but cheaper production.
