There are no worst food. We should try to eat a little of everything for a balanced diet. This can include treats that may have very little nutritional value. Highly processed foods, with lots of added salt, sugar or fat are probably not very good for us, but they are okay as a treat. We have to enjoy the food we eat! If we are eating an otherwise balanced diet, including lots of fruit and vegetables an odd treat like chocolate or crisps or take away is okay, as long as we are not eating them all the time.
