Generally speaking unhealthy food is generally rich in fats, since for most of human History this kind of food was very rare, our brain falls easily in love with this food.
This is not always true since fruits are delicious and are also healthy.

A lot of processed food has added sugar, salt and/or fats. These are processed and made according to peoples taste. Companies do taste tests with different versions of the same product, with different amounts of sugars, salts or fats. The food that comes back ranked the tastiest is often the one they make and sell. This is part of the companies marketing.
Natural unprocessed foods are often thought to be healthier for us. They don’t have added salt, sugar and fats, and so they taste how they should naturally, but they might not be as sweet, or as creamy or as salty as the processed foods.

This is probably because food that is unhealthy contained more fat, salt and sugar, which makes them taste better than healthier food.
