• Question: do blood related siblings share some of the same chromosomes?

      They do! Each child will get one chromosome copy from their mother and one from their father. So the chances of getting the same copy of the chromosome that a related sibling did is 1 in 2 for each copy of each chromosome.

      Of course! Its why siblings look similar most of the time 🙂 They are sharing the same genes! 😀
