• Question: Do you think that all cancers will be 100% curable in the future

      Hey! To be honest nobody knows, but I am hopeful! Today, cancer is more treatable than ever before, and new drugs are being trialed and tested every day. I think the key to treating cancer is to simply catch it early, before it has spread around the body (which is very difficult to treat). Thanks to free screening programs in Ireland, many people are catching cancer early and making a full recovery from the disease.

      Hi there, this is a very futuristic question haha. 😀 As Lisa said, we don’t know yet because cancer is very complex and different types of cancers can be caused differently in different people! But because there is so much research being done on all these different forms, and scientists are trying to personalize medicine for individuals rather than the general population, I think the future is promising!
