• Question: how much time a day is spent in a lab

      For me my lab is my computer! I do experiments using coding and programming to look at genetic information, this is called bioinformatics. So in general I spend most of my day at my computer 🙂

      Hi Chris,

      It varies a lot. Running experiments takes time. However there are periods where we do writing or talks and teaching so we mix it up a lot.

      Hey! So these days I do lots of lab lab lab. I’d say around 6 hours or so! But other days I spend on my computer analyzing data or reading new research!
