Question: Last year it was revealed that US scientists cured a man of defect and preventing passing it down to his offspring in the future by altering genes of a human embryo which corrected the disease causing the defect. They did this by using a method called CRISPR-Cas9 to correct his genetic mutation for hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. Do you think methods like these can be devolped to cure more diseases?
