Work History:
I was a Microbiologist in a Quality Control Lab in GE Healthcare in Cork and in lots and lots of clothes shops!!

Cystic fibrosis (CF) is a genetic disorder (an inherited disease; meaning it’s passed from a parent to a child) that particularly affects the lungs and makes kids who have it more vulnerable to repeated lung infections.
The bugs that infect people with CF produce signal molecules to comminicate with other bugs in the lung these signals makes the patient more unwell.
I hope my experiments in the lab can stop these bugs from advancing in the CF lung.

A 14,000ft skydive over the Whitsundays Islands in Australia in 2010!!
