The brain is probably the most complicated organ in the body, so a brain tumour can mean different things depending on what part of the brain its in. Lots of people have survived and led long normal lives after a brain tumour, but unfortunately some people may not, or may have longterm damage such memory loss or difficulties using their arms or legs. Medicine has come a long way now though so there is always different options
Yes! but it’s extremely painful, especially when they get to a larger size. I have a friend who has one and he lives his life as normal people do, but he gets really bad headaches all the time. Hopefully scientists will discover ways of removing these safely or stop them from growing to a state that might impair the poor person who’s got the tumor.
