Thats a great question Daniel, but unfortunately I haven’t a clue! Luckily though, theres another science zone running on Im A Scientist, and its all about nanotechnology! Those guys are the experts and should give you a better answer, sorry! 🙂

I’d go for a virus! It’s so tiny most of the best microscopes we have can’t even pick it up! The smallest known virus is a TINY 18 nanometers wide. That’s 0.000000018 meters wide! INSANE
Though if you’re thinking about nanotechnology “bugs” I’d go to the Nanoscience Zone.
