      Hi sorcha!

      Nice question. I hate bragging about myself…but yes, I have! I gave a presentation at a science conference in Germany. Science conferences are just when a bunch of science researchers get together and talk about their research in presentations. Sometimes its a bit boring, but usually they have some interesting things to say!

      For my presentation, I used a video I made about my research to help me explain about my research, since sometimes I think people prefer that to looking at PowerPoint slides or overheads. I got a prize for this talk…I think there’s a photo of me on my profile – during the talk I used an inflatable, bright pink flamingo while I talked about my research. I think that maybe he was the real star of the show, but they gave the prize to me 😉
