Study as many of the science subjects as you can, Biology, Physics, and Chemistry. Prioritise the ones you are most interested in if you cannot do all three.

Apply to a college that has a good general entry science degree. Take every nanoscience or materials course you are offered. After a year or two of this degree you will specialise in a narrower part of science. At this point you can specialise in nanoscience. Do some research and find the best college for you.

For now, read! Read as much as you can about nanotechnology and nanoscience. Wikipedia is a good place to start but there are also science magazines like Physicsworld and Nature. Some are free to access and others require a subscription. You should be able to find enough in books and websites to keep your mind occupied until you get to college.
