      Hi Cathal,

      To get into the competition we all had to write just one sentence that described our research and we were picked based on that. I’m really glad I picked to be in this competition it is so much fun 🙂

      I answered an email from the im-a-scientist team and they put me into this zone based on my description of my research.

      After that I typed some symbols into a space called an “address bar” which sent signals through a series of tubes and fibre optic cables and brought me to this website. It was very exciting!

      Hey Cathal,

      There was an e-mail sent around to the university saying “Hey, here’s a thing! See this thing? Go do it!”

      Then I gave them a summary of my research and decided I could be a part of it!

      And I’m so glad I did, I’m having the best time!
