I am not a nutritionist so I cannot give you a good answer to this but I think the overall answer is a “no” if both the taller and the shorter person have the same lifestyle.
There are many factors that affect how much food you have to eat every day. In your age your body needs a lot of material to grow so you should eat a good three meals a day anyway, regardless of your size. Whether you exercise or not makes a huge difference. A short person who runs 10 km every day probably needs to eat more than a tall person who doesn’t do any exercise. It also depends on what you eat: Some food is very slow burning (for example sweet potatoes) and releases its energy over a long period of time so you don’t feel hungry for a long time after eating it. Other things are fast burning and quickly metabolised (sugar for example) so you feel a surge in energy soon after eating them but are also hungry again quickly.
I think you really shouldn’t worry about how much food you eat as long as you have a healthy lifestyle and feel comfortable in your body.
Yes if you are a taller person you need to take in more calories than someone is shorter. A taller person needs more fuel for there body than someone who is shorter.
Calorie intake not just depends on height but on age, if you are male or female, and how much you exercise.
All these factors can affect how much you eat.
