Question: what annoys you the most?

I assume you’re asking about my work and not my personal life here… In science and work the most depressing and frustrating thing are machines that don’t work. You can spend hours or days making something just for it to be destroyed by a machine that does not quite work the way it should because it’s using old software, old parts or was simply configured wrong by the previous user.
