Here is a definition which I have obtained for you.”Quantum theory is the theoretical basis of modern physics that explains the nature and behavior of matter and energy on the atomic and subatomic level. The nature and behavior of matter and energy at that level is sometimes referred to as quantum physics and quantum mechanics.

I really don’t know! I think it has to do with energy and matter and maybe black holes???

Quantum Physics is the Physics of the smallest length and energy scales. A clear example is as follows: If you know how fast something is going, you can predict it’s position over time. At really small length scales (like the size of electrons) it turns out that this is not true. So Quantum Mechanics was developed to explained this behavior. It works on the basis of probability.

Here’s a neat video explaining quantum physics! It’s all about how particles and waves do similar things at really small scales!
