Honestly, it is all really complex. And most of the time the more you find out about the brain the more complex it becomes. You have neurons and cells and chemicals and electricity and all of them do different jobs and you have different areas that control different things like you have the brain stem at the bottom of the brain that controls breathing! So there are lots of different parts to the brain that are very complex and then they all work together and talk to each other making up one big complex brain!
