• Question: which is better for your hair and skin hot or cold water

      I find for me luke-warm to cold works best as I have curly hair and heat can make it really frizzy!

      I’m a huge fan of a hot shower with a minute of cold water at the end. 🙂 I’m not sure which is scientifically best.
