• Question: Will perishable food go off in a vacuum chamber????

      Usually vacuum packaging preserves food but they must be kept at the right temperature.

      It depends on a lot of things! A vacuum chamber will kill most bacteria that would cause food to go off. Other things (some viruses), though, might be able to survive!
