Mostly science works very slowly, with scientists making very small discoveries. If you make a big discovery, that’s great, but mostly you don’t.

So it can be hard to know if what you’ve done helps someone. I try to work out what causes diseases, so maybe some of the work I have done will get used by doctors some day, and help some patients. I’m happy to keep trying!

Its not that our work directly has impact on earth?people. The work which we do can bring our good results which may happen to solve other problems in turn resulting in development of some useful product.

My work is focused on helping people, maybe my work might help a person who helps the Earth someday.

Maybe I might help to inspire the next generation of scientists who figure out how to save the planet from pollution or cure a terrible disease.
