      The best answer I have to that one is that we don’t know yet, as scientists aren’t done looking yet. There certainly aren’t any people like you and I walking around up there but nobody knows if there is any microscopic life there that we just haven’t discovered yet.

      Life on Mars, Its yet to discover. Scientists are still finding evidence for life on Mars. NASA’s Mars Exploration Rover Mission (MER) is an ongoing robotic space mission involving two rovers, Spirit and Opportunity, exploring the planet Mars. It began in 2003 with the sending of the two rovers—MER-A Spirit and MER-B Opportunity—to explore the Martian surface and geology.

      Not sure however they have found hot water which scientists think might be a sign of life.
