That’s a very interesting question… as it is not too specific and it can be interpreted in different ways. As “earth” is not written with a capital “E”, I guess you accept I consider the agriculture aspect.
There a lot countries in Africa where agriculture and farming are the main source of economy (there richness come from what they produce); and this can be due to the fact they do not have petrol, coal or natural gas sources.
Good thoughts there.
We’re not sure if there are countries close to the earth because we cannot be sure if there is other life out there. But I love the film ET (have you watched?) and I do hope that ET got home to his home country 🙂
If you are talking about planets, funny enough it changes depending on the time of the year (you can ask your friends this Q)
When Venus is in the middle of the Sun and Earth, it is at its closest point to Earth. During this period, Venus would be the closest planet to Earth. However, there are times when Mars is actually the closest planet 🙂
