I can’t really choose just one… I would say the ones we can’t get rid of or kill very effectively.
Bacteria have evolved lots of little tricks to stop us from trying to kill or get rid of them. For example some of them have developed antibiotic immunity which means that antibiotics don’t work on them. An example of one of these is MRSA which stands for Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus. Other bacteria can create something called a biofilm where the bacteria can communicate with each other to try and protect themselves from things like being washed away by cleaning.
