Question: Why did you choose to study bacteria and how long have you been studying bacteria

To be honest I don’t just study bacteria, there are lots of other things that live in your digestive system too but we don’t know a whole lot about what they do in there… Yet!

That is where I come in, I want to try and understand all of the different microbes that live in human digestive systems, how they interact with each other and how they might effect us their hosts. I have been working on this now for almost 2 years 🙂
