What a great coincidence, yesterday 08 November was the anniversary of the discovery of X-Rays by Roetgen in 1895! He used a light bulb but changed the gas inside and then realised that the new bulb was emitting invisible light rays, which he called X-rays (cool name or what!). Apparently he kept it secret for a couple of months to perfect his experiments that allowed to see bones through flesh. Three weeks after he released his results, X-rays were used to set the broken arm of a young boy in Dartmouth, New Hampshire USA. He won the Nobel Prize in Physics for that discovery!

I think Michel has this one covered! I had no idea November 8th was the anniversary of the X-ray!
