I am not a biologist but I do not think teeth are considered bones! They are made of very similar calcium based materials though but are a bit harder (teeth are made of the mineral apatite, so there is my geology connection since I am a geologist!)

      Dear Fete49hue,
Teeth have a different internal structure from the bones but they share a similar external chemical composition.

      Hi,

Teeth are not bone. They are being placed in an actual bone, but they are being build from slightly different materials. Also, they are way stronger than bones. Thanks to that after so many years when some skeleton is being found it still has some of them and like that the reconstruction of the face is easier, or it’s being used to identify a victim on the crime place :O
