No, I don’t think it would.
Herbivores can often have several stomach chambers and a much longer digestive tract, that is why they can retrieve more nutrient from it.
We are not equipped to do that.
Plants like grass are actually not very nutritious and are hard to digest. Grass eating animals have a special digestive system that lets them extract nutrients way better than we could! Grass wouldn’t really harm you but it likely have minimal if any health benefits. At least that my understanding, but don’t quote me on it haha.
