Question: Do you have an estimate of the amount of years the dinosaurs lived

So scientists have figured out that a lot of dinosaurs have rings in their bones that work just like tree rings. For example we now know that a T-Rex might live up to about 30 years. We know that it grew slowly for the first 10 years of its life and then had a big growth spurt in its teenage years.
Larger plant eating dinosaurs probably lived even longer since they had a less stressful life!
