Proteins are very important in our diet, there is no doubt about it. The one in milk are also useful, but their amount is quite low. Of course, you can’t even compare it with meet, but if you don’t like milk for some reason you can go for yogurts. Most of them have higher amount of proteins inside. If you are allergic to lactose (“sugar” in milk) also no worries, nowadays we have so many dairy product lactose free. Just always read which ingredients are inside, this is very important! And never buy a “drink”, be always sure, it’s an actual milk.
