      The rarest rock I ever got to study was a piece of rock that was from Mars! Sometimes when a meteorite hits Mars it can break of a piece of Mars that can eventually land on earth. Scientists that find meteorites can tell where they originally came from. In my case the meteorite I worked on is from mars. These are super rare rocks since it very rare that a piece of rock can be transferred between planets!
