People willing to change habits, I guess.

Use public transportation and much as you can. Walk and use bicycles, they are good for you and for the environment.
The real issue is that in a lot of places, public transportation does not cover properly the city, and there is where you find people that need to use cars.

Unfortunately, it’s a snake biting its tail. You need to have a good public infrastructure to have people using it, and you need to be sure there will be enough people that will use it in order to decide to invest in public infrastructure. IT’s a complex problem, mostly based on what people are willing to compromise to work together towards the future.
