Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is a very fascinating neurodegenerative (that means that something is damaging neurons) disease. We don’t know as much about it like for example about the Parkinson or Alzheimer disease. There is still a lot to research and I think that this unknown field is very exciting, that I have to come up with new approach, design, etc.
But honestly, what personally, not scientifically, made me chose this path from many others are two people from my family who struggle with MS. If you can see a person who is developing the disease you want to help. And when I thought that there are more than 2.3 million people worldwide going throw the same troubles… I just felt the need to add “my brick” to the story of designing something, what can “give” them a better life.
