I like to study the brain because it’s the most fascinating organ for me. It has a control over the whole body and literally everything is connected to it. If you feel pain, if you’re hungry or angry, if you are learning something, if you are watching a film, if you’re dreaming: these and much much more you can do thanks to your brain. It’s beautiful, intriguing, something that I want to get to know better and better. Everything in our organism is starting and ending in the brain at some stage. Once I worked in the laboratory which was not focused on any aspect of neuroscience, and I was struggling there. This is how I found out that I don’t want to be just in science. I want to be a part of the neuroscience.
