I think so! But it won’t be up to just one person. It will be difficult and we will need to be careful about how much we consume. But I think that if we are creative and we work together, we will be able to make reduce the impact of climate change and adapt to it too.
I agree with Mike below-it is a work in progress that requires a lot of work and input from governments because otherwise, we will run into a lot of trouble in the future. The smallest gestures are significant if everyone works together-basic recycling, limiting over use of water, composting. Children are learning a lot more about the effects of climate change than I did. My father was brilliant for recycling and we had a huge compost in our backgarden-we grew our own vegetables and had hens so we learned lots about sustainability. So the solution is look after our planet at a local level and urge governments to embrace this too.
