  It is not impossible. But we developed a robotic system where robots and human beings will work in the same environment and the robot will behave slowly or even stops whenever it encounters any human being in its proximity. So, robots are programmed to help human not a treat to humans. But if it is wrongly programmed then this scenario is possible.
