I am generally in College from 9am to 6pm.
I spend an hour or two reading Science magazines, journals etc. I plan my reactions sitting in my office room.
I spend most of the day working in the lab, trying new reactions and analyzing the compounds prepared by me. Here is an picture of my laboratory.
Most of the times, after completion of the chemical reaction I spend time in purifying the compounds. Normally after the chemical reaction, the desired product is purified using Column chromatography.
