You can survive up to four days without any source of water to drink, You can survive a lot longer without food, as the body has ways to change it’s metabolism and can convert from glucogenesis ( taking sugars/carbohydates to energy) to ketogenesis (taking fat stores and turning them into energy). Essentially you body eats away at your fat stores and converts them to energy so help you survive longer without food. Water is so essential to human life and it cannot be metabolised at a level that allows to survive past four days.
