Hi xmas46car, I’m not a fan of pineapple on pizza. I don’t like the added sweetness. Fresh pineapple can be very good for you, so long as you don’t overdo it. But canned pineapple is not so good for you as some of the nutrients can be reduced and there is more sugar. If you were to buy the pizza in a store or takeaway then more than likely the pineapple would be from a can. My suggestion would be to eat the pizza first then eat the fresh pineapple after for a bit of dessert.
