I don’t know if it’s “easy” but travelling to conferences is definitely the most fun part. I get to go and spend a few days in a foreign country, talk with people who have the same research interests as me, present discoveries that I have made, and my costs are usually covered by my research center, so I don’t pay too much money to go. It’s pretty nice, and it is very easy to say “yes” when the chance to go to a conference arises đŸ˜›
The easiest thing is access of information and computational resources. What I mean is that working as a computer scientist you have access to huge amounts of data and knowledge about that data.
