Not specifically – but I think engaging with people and having a positive outlook on life helps. I think I am very organised, and if necessary will work late, or on saturdays and sundays to try to make sure I am not stressed by deadlines during the week.
I try to make time to meet friends for coffee during the day to help relieve stress at work. I also like to read books and cook in my spare time which are great for mindfulness and boosting your mental health.
